Refund policy

Each payment received has some processing fees (bank fees, wire fees, PayPal fees,...). Thus, we gladly refund 75% of full payment if the refund is requested at least 60 days before the conference day. Since we are required to pay many conference fees in advance, we are not able to refund any funds if the refund request is received less than 60 days before the conference.  No refunds for the journal article processing fees.
